unknown alarm

I pointed my 9006 to send alarms to my office using Procomm and I am getting alarm packets that look like:
#010054723010070000Z330A
or
#010054723010070000Z330D

Then the modem times-out and disconnects. I don't know what this line means other then 0054723 is the customer number. Any ideas?

On other calls I am able to ZModem download the file when I receive:

rz
Sending in Batch Mode
**B00000000000000

Then it starts the file transfer. This part works fine. Any ideas?
