Unix Print Services on Terminal Server

Hi,

because of a new software we have to configure UNIX print services (LPR/LPD)on our terminal servers (W2k, SP2, MF XP FR2).
We have to configure two queues printing to one IP adress.

Unfortunately I don't have any experience with Unix printservices.
Are there any problems using LPR on Terminal Servers?
