Unity Voice Mail - VM without Outlook Mail Account? 1

Unity Voice Mail on latest release, client wants voice mail setup for users with no Outlook account. Is it possible and does anyone know how?

You mean no exchange account? Not possible by design as Unity uses excgange to store the messages and the users exist in AD. If you mean a voice mail box that is not associated with a users outlook acct, then create a new user instead of importing it.
However the new user will still exist in Active Directory.
