Unity user and system reports.

Good afternoon! I've been asking this question around here and everywhere else but I had no luck. I've been looking for some good user/system reports in the Unity system. There are reports in the admin section but they are limited. I was told that the Unity server itself has good reports but I can't verify it. I'm looking for reports like show unused mailboxes. The amount of messages subscribers have and the last time they checked their v-mail. Who's "hiding behind" thier v-mail? Mailboxes that could be hacked and so on.
I've searched everywhere I could and I promise I won't bug you with this issue again.
But again, does the server have reports that might be helpful?

Subscriber Message Store Status Dump

The Subscriber Message Store Status Dump generates a CSV file with data about each included subscriber’s mailbox. This data is extensive and detailed and is intended to for analysis using a tool like Microsoft Excel or a database management tool.

Reports are dumped to a file based on the name of the Agent, and the time the report generation began. For example, the file name for a report for the “Sales” agent might look like:



Sales_MailboxDump_021002_091437.csv



Report files can be found in the TEMP folder of the user account used to run the report – by default the user that runs the MSM Console.

The first line of the file is a header with column titles for all of the fields in the CSV file. They are:

Thanks for the reply. Holy cow that's allot of infromation: Perhaps TMI. Like my name implies ("old time phoneguy") I can remember the legacy systems like NEC, Rolm, Nortel and the like. They had easy to access and easy to read helpful reports. Quickly you could get right to the nuts and bolts information for any or all users. Sorry to rant about the old days but I missed my 10 AM nap.
