How did you get this working? Simply using smtp relay or did you configure single inbox?
If relay make sure that under message actions the voicemail action is set to accept and relay. Leave the receipt default
If single inbox, under the COS sttings make sure that the single inbox/IMAP is checked and allows access to message bodies not just the headers.
That will only give you a notification like it says.
As my op states, go to message actions and set the voicemail action to accept and relay, then add the email address you want to send it below.
