Unity Connection 7 and CME 4.1. For testing purposes using the demo license, so only two ports. My first port refuses to register, verified by using test port group in UC admin.
I set up to ephones on the CME:
ephone 3
vm-device-id unity1
button 1:10
ephone 4
vm-deivce-id unity2
button 1:11
I go in to admin and create a port group with vm device prefix of unity. Port group is pointed to to the CME and I can ping it in UC admin.
I then go in and create 2 ports, which properly name themselves unity1 and unity2.
unity2 will register just fine and I can now dial in to the system from any phone. unity1, however, fails to register and times out when I test the port.
