I have IP Office 500V2 R9 with Unit Number contains Analogue and SIP Trunks,
I can make and received calls with analogue and SIP trunks
The issue is that When I call the Unit Number from mobile I get the following message " The number is not valid "
I have told the providers, They told me that You must consult your vendor to fix this issue ASAP.
also sent me the following error:
SIP/2.0 404 Not Found
Reason q.850 cause=1 text= unallocated (unassigned) number
Content-Lenght: 0

If anyone have an idea about this please let me know, how to solve it?
Thank You In Advance

Terrestrial gamma-ray flashes (TGFs) are bursts of gamma rays produced in the Earth's atmosphere, usually by lightning. Not easily detectable on earth due to the fact they shoot out into space. A good thing too!

I hv been configured the wildcard as in this image

Your incoming call routes need to be line group 17 too :-)

Unit number?
That trunk will only ring for calls to 011407999 nothing else, what is a unit number? I've never heard of it :-)

It is unified number that connects all analogue trunks and SIP trunks

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Then any linking is done by the provider of that number, nothing to do with you if both trunks work individually :-)

Are all the the analog lines work ok?
