unique record selection

How do I select only unique records? For example, if CR is showing me duplicate records such as:

workorder# qty sales order# Line#
1111 100 4555 1
1111 100 4555 1

How do get CR to show me only one record? Suppressing will not help my calculations.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Depends on the version of Crystal you have. In 8.5 you can select database->select distinct records.

I am using CR8 but it does have the "distinct" function. Thanks a million!
