Backup, boot from win98 boot floppy, if ntfs, use fdisk to remove 2k partition (it will show up as non-dos) and create new fat32 partition for 98 (then reboot, format & start 98 isntall). If fat32, just quickformat the drive (format C: /q) and start the 98 install (usually e:\setup - assuming enabled CD support & 98 CD in the drive).
Unless you've got a restore CD of course - in which case just run that.
