Uninstall Exchange 5.5

How can I Uninstall exchange server 5.5 from SBC and reinstall it agian from the SBS CD?

Not sure about SBS but the Enterprise Edition you just run the setup files again and choose REMOVE.

That's what you do in SBS, also - run setup and select the Remove option.

When I run SBS setup ask me to boot from 2 installation disks. I never get the remove softwqare option.
What can I do ?
