uninstal vB

My VB 6.0 was showing errors when components were loading
System Error &H80004002 [-2147467262] no such interface
So I tried to uninstall VB it was not uninstalling
I tried to reinstall VB it found old location etc etc
and finally gave messge VB setup incomplete

What shall I do to reinstall VB properly even now I am getting the first error

Someone please help o/s is WIN NT

Check if you have administrator rights.
When installing, some registration activities need admin rights. Install for all users, so that all ocx's are availlable for every user.
