unified messaging/outlook 207?

Have a customer upgrading to Outlook 207 and finding that his CP unified messaging won't work. Goes back to Outlook 203 and all is fine.

Anyone have a similar experience or a resolve for this?

The CP is 3.1, but the customer disk is 1.0
