thanks for the info, very helpful.

The Cisco Unified Contact Center Express product comes in 3 flavours: Standard, Enhanced and Premium (increasing feature-set). Cisco has several licensing models and promotions, and could change pricing depending on your needs.

Based on version 5.x (works together with CUCM=Communications Manager 5 and 6), indication of their pricing (license per seat; minimal 10 seats) will be $750(Std), $1250(Enh) or $1850(Pre).

Ofcourse you'll need (certifed/supported) hardware platform (no additional license needed for this system) as well.

Look at for starters and/or contact your Cisco team.

Eric

Thanks.

Are Agent Desktop and Supervisor Desktop sold separately from Unified Contact Center Express? Does UCCE monitor/show agent status and real-time stats or is Agent Desktop needed to show those details?

The Agent Desktop and Supervisor Desktop are both included. There's a realtime statistics webpage available, but with de Supervisor Desktop has other functionality as well.

For licensing an agent is the same as a supervisor, so if you want 10 agents and 1 supervisor, you'll need 11 licenses.

Eric
