Good afternoon. Just got a new computer with WinXP. Today we noticed an icon box with a tilde under it on our desktop. I think I read some time back that this has something to do with Outlook Express. We had had some problems sending email yesterday and this a.m. Could not find it in Microsoft search. Can someone tell me what this is for, etc.? Thanks!
