Hi,
I have a public folder which contains sub folders as follows:

PF - Sales
- - - SF - Salesmail
- - - SF - SalesCalendar

On the 2 subfolders I have given full owner rights to a group with my sales team staff in. Also on the folders properties it has "Default - reviewer" & "Anonymous - Contributor permissions" assigned. My salesteam staff however cannot create anything in this folder & appear to have read only access!
If I look at the folders properties from Outlook 2003 it simply has me (Admin) as the user/owner and everything else is greyed out..
All I am needing is to give all staff read access & the salesteam full access...
Any ideas would be appreciated

1) The sales group is a security group, yes?
2) Group permissions can take a while to become effective I have found... although that maybe due to our AD replication delays.
3) Not sure but try logging them on/off.
4) You need to give yourself Owner permissions if you want to see the permissions tab in Outlook.
5) Consider giving them Publishing Editor access instead as Owner gives them the ability to change permissions, change default views, add rules, moderated folder, etc.
