How much hard drive space do you have. and RAM<br>

Try this too.<br>
1. Uninstall<br>
2. Find folder where installed and delete it and all contents<br>
3. Re-boot machine<br>
4. on '95 or '98 run Defrag to clean and repair hardrive<br>
5. re-install<br>

If its new call Microsoft you won't burn an instance on setup.
