I get this message when sending email from specific domains (such as Earthlink.net) to specific users within our Groupwise 6.5 domain. The external sender receives a message back from mailer-daemon@"ourGWdomain.com" stating:

The message that you sent was undeliverable to the following:

"username" (UNUSED)

This only happens to TWO users out of 80... and ONLY occurs from two different external domains. They received mail from all other compaies/domains just fine.
 
Did you figure this out? I just had a client that was getting the same thing, and I found a post on the Novell forums about it. You need to check your users's junk mail and block lists.. the sender has probably accidentally been placed on the block list.

That's exactly right. I found that a few users had way too many domains on their "block lists". That's the notification that the sender gets when blocked.
