undeliverable emails

A lot of my users are sending emails to outside addresses and they are getting them back as "undeliverable" that same day, or even 2 days later. I dont know how to proceed.
Suggestions?

It could be a number of things. What is the reason they are getting them back? Can some users send to an outside email address but others not send to the same email address? Or are there certain email addresses that no one can send to? That would help us tell you how to proceed.

Thanks.

None of my users cannot send emails (including myself) to a number of addresses.
@netbistro.com
@rhinoferoce.com
@cmjprod.ca

and others..
I can send them from my yahoo account, though.
Is my server being blocked or rejected?

Any suggestions?

Your mail may be being rejected because you do not have a reverse DNS (PTR record). If you don't have one contact your ISP.

You can check here for both a PTR record and possible server blocks. If you use the spam database lookup (top of center column) the first entry will tell you if you have a PTR record. The others will list tell you if you're on anyone's blacklist.

Cheers.
