unanwered call back to voice mail 1

I have a extension 324 with fdn and hunt going to extension 378.324 rings 4 times, then rings at 378 until it is answered. The call should go to voice mail if 324 does not pick it up. Any idea what I'm missing and on which extension?

Don't know what happened, but it started working this morning. Last week the time on 324 was a half hour fast. I pulled the power and the time came back correct.
I'm not sure if they had their phones forwarded goofy or if the Saturday night audit fixed the problem.

just had the set do a brain dump.. not that common but it happens..
