I have a user who cannot view any messages in his Sent Items Folder. It was working fine then all of a sudden, nothing. It shows he has 470 items in the folder. If I export the folder to a .pst I can see all the messages. If I use OWA, the messages can be viewed. If he synchronizes, he can view the items in off line mode. Just cannot see them when connected directly to the Exchange Server.
I have gone through every setting that I can and in some cases reset to defaults. No custom forms or views have been created. Everything is setup by default. Any Clues??
