Has anyone else seen this? I have a Dell laptop PC, in which I've replaced the hard drive (previous one died). The original drive had Windows 98 OEM, but we're upgrading the entire office in the very near future to Windows 2000 Pro. Rather than re-load the drive again, I just installed Windows 2000 Pro to this new hard drive (so naturally, Dell won't help as it's not the OEM version supplied by them to the original drive). Everything seemed to load OK--all the standard Office 2000 apps, plus all the other software packages we use in our office. We've since discovered that the Help feature is unavailable in every single application on the PC, including Win2KPro, all Office 2000 apps, WordPerfect 8, and everything else! I've looked everywhere I can think of for a solution, a reference to something similar ... if it's out there ... I'm sure missing it! Any suggestions? Thanks!
