unable to stop other users opening email boxes of other users 1

I have upgraded from 5.5 to 2003
Now everyone can open everyone elses mailbox. This used to be easy to secure in 5.5 but now it is s nightmare. If I restrict access to everyone then the person who's mailbox it is canot open their own mailbox.

All users have been inappropriately assigned send as and receive as permissions. Try this, it work for 2003 as well.
