unable to send or receive email

We have users that went from R5 to R6.5 now they are not able to send or receive email, can someone help me thank you.

User can not see emails but I can see the emails when log on as them

when you say send and receive do you mean internet based email or local lan ?

please explain what you mean when U log on as them?

also what does your ACL for the DB look like ?
