I am trying to access an ftp site on a web server. The web server can see itself using the ftp://###.###.###.### (with the ip address), however, in the outside, client pc's access the web site using the alias/node name associated with the ip address. Basically, using the ip address to access the ftp site works from the server itself, but using either the ip address or the name don't work on the 'outside'.
Any help would be appreciated.
