unable to resolve the Domain controller in DNS

we are using active directory-integrated DNS,for our ADS,recently we installed a additional DC, without DNS, when Iam tring to replicate the entries that are automatically created entries in sites and services, it is throwing the error, durring the attempt to syncronise naming context configuration from one domain controller to another domain controller, the naming context is in the process of being removed and is not replicated from the specified server

any suggestions will be highly appreciated

When in AD Integrated mode, each DC needs to have DNS installed.
