Unable to remove "do not disturb"

I have a M7324 Nortel.

This is an older phone that our receptionist used to use. My end user activated the "do not disturb". I can't get this phone out of do not disturb mode, I have tried to button inquiry for a do not disturb key but all of the buttons on this phone being that it was a receptionist phone are all extensions. When I try to feat 86 it doesn’t deactivate this do not disturb feature. I tried to program a button for do not disturb but when it says choose a button all of my buttons are lines so I hit a button and it dials an extension. If this makes any sense to anyone please help me out here this women is unable to use her phone and I have tried everything I know how to do.

I take that back, Feature 86 is background music.

Feature 85 and Feature #85 are dnd and cancel dnd.
