Unable to remove DTIC

We are addiding a dual PRI card with DDCH to my Option 61C, Suc 3.o and determined that the only available open slot is slot 5 (Loops 8 and 9), or slot 6 ( loop 9 and 10) in shelf 0.

Changed CEQU but getting error SCH2022 ( can delete a non-DTI loop or add a DTI loop that is not undefined, or make changes to a non DTI loop

CEQU print in LD22 showed

DTIC 8 9 10 11

So I went back and tried to delete the loop ( xloop#) on the DTIC prompt on the CHG CEQU commnad, but came back with error SCH0535 ( Attempted to remove non-working loop or add existing loop).

I don't know of any other command to remove these loops so please help me deal with this issue.
