unable to redirect form to new window

i have a template page used with frames

i have put a contact form on it
i have asked the submit button to redirect the visitor to a thankyou page- fine it opens in the mainframe
i have target=_blank
but i want it to go to a new page

if anyone can help i would be very grateful

You should just change your redirect to your Thank you
page. Right now you have it going to your mainframe.htm
