We have a Definity system 75 Generic unit.
We use to monitor all the calls with a remote pc connected to the rear panel of the switch, in the communications port, using Hyperterminal software.
Recently I noticed nothing coming out of the port.
Is there a command I can use to test the port or to reactivate it?
