unable to read file - ARCserve 6.5

Hi
I have an error E3406 Unable to read file (FILE=path EC=LOCK VIOLATION)
we run nt4 sp6A ,EXC 5.5.
i am new to arcserve and would appreciate any help.
especially with any tips about disaster recovery.
