unable to print with the exact page numbers

Hi all

I have a 12 page word document which I have the page numbers in the order Page 1 of 12, page 2 of 12, Page 3 of 12 etc. Now when it prints the page numbers are coming like Page 1 of 1, Page 2 of 2... etc.

I need the pages in the order of Page 1 of 12. Please some one help me to solve me this problem..

Does it appear properly on your monitor? It sounds like the page numbers have not been inserted properly if not....

Yes it appears properly just as I mentioned earlier (Page 1 of 12, Page 2 of 12 etc. But when I print it the page numbers shows Page 1 of 1, Page 2 of 2, etc..
