Unable to print HTML documents from Metaframe 1.8

I am running Metaframe 1.8 on NT4 Terminal Services Edition and I have a user that is unable to print HTML documents. All other users printing to the same printer have no problems. If the document is in plain text or rich text format he can print it no problems.
This is really bugging me! Thanks for your help....
