Unable to ping and DM into 420

Hi.

Im having problems with one of our 420s. It works fine, and if you are connected to it, you can use the internet and gain access to our management VLAN as well. The problem is that we cannot telnet into it, nor ping the little bugger.
Anyone had this problem before?
We are running the new BOSS 3.0.0.46 software, and its working fine on our other 420s ( about 500 of them or so)

Anyone??
