To all the Avaya gurus out there. Guidance needed.
I made a system change to our Avaya IP Office Configuration and when I went to save it, it required an Immediate save, which as you all know, will reboot the system. I did not think this was a problem so I continued on.
After a few hours I got reports that extensions were logged out and some extension were even on other users phones. I tried to make some changes and do a save and merge and now I get this Fail to save configuration data message. No error or error number just the message and I have cancel out.
I think I might have missed a step somewhere and I do not know enough about this system to fix the issue. If you could point me in a direction that would be great.
