I have a user here having problems opening recurring appointments in outlook 2k3. Any appointment she has scheduled or any that she creates she is unable to open. THe error message is "Unable to open this item."
OWA will open the appointments fine and I am able to open them fine from another computer. I have done all I can think of to do up to and including removal and reinstallation of office (both from network admin install and origional install media), deleted the mailbox and reimport, and changing the items on my end and saving them.
Nothing will get this user into her recurring appointments. What could be the problem?
