Hello,
We have Exchange 5.5 and using Outlook2K on all computers. I need access to a mailbox, but it wont open for some reason. I have set the permissions on the mailbox in Exchange. I also set the permissions for it in Outlook. I set up Outlook to open the additional mailbox upon entry (using the advanced settings in properties). And it always says "unable to display folder"
I'm able to open the inbox by going through "open other user's folders" but I need the entire mailbox.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

I don't know if this will help but try double checking under your permissions that 'folder visible' is selected. This is something that is commonly overlooked. When you say you have the permissions set up are you also a delegate of that mailbox? -Brad
