Unable to open MS-Outlook after installing MS-Projects2K

Hi All,

Theres a typical problem that i am facing. I had MS-Office-2000 installed on my WinNT4.0 Workstation(PIII800/128MB/SP6a). After I installed Projects2000, Outlook closes as soon as it is opened. Rest all office applications work as usual, including Projects.
I have tried the followong after that, but in vain :
1. Uninstalled Projects2000 - Did not help
2. Re-applied SP6a(higher encryption) - Did not help
3. Uninstalled & reinstalled Outlook2000 - Did not help
Right now i m trying to reinstall the whole of Office to an alternate location on the machine.

Please let me know if theres a solution to this.
