Unable to open Mailbox

I have 2 users who mailbox hangs when they attempt to open Outlook. I have attempted to go in the Inbox in delete the message that it appears to hang on, but I have been unable to delete it. I have reviewed event viewer and I keep getting the following error: Event ID 145, source NAV for Microsoft Exchange. I went to eventID but there wasn't any information for this error. Can someone assit me? Thanks in advance for the help
 
you may want to read Q245822 on Microsoft's support page. It is important to block the scanning of certain types of files if you are running a file system scanner and antivirus for Exchange.
