Unable to open e-mail folders.

In Outlook 2001 on a Small Business Server 2000 i get the following error when adding a extra mailbox on the Administrator account. "Unable to expand the folders.The set of folders could not be opened.The operation failed."

The mail account definitely worked cause there are mail in the system manager in Exchange. I even removed the profile and try adding it again. The permission on the account is fully accessible to everyone and administrators.

Any suggestions??

Are you running an Exchange server? I assume you are.

It still sounds like a permissions problem within Exch Admin.

Make sure the primary account is pointing to the right domain and user.

You could always make a group mailbox.
