Unable to login to Cisco Emergency Responder URL

Can anyone tell me why I am unable to login to the user servlet of my Cisco Emergency Responder Administration URL. I can log into the admin aspects of it but not the user?

when I type in the url

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/cersysadmin/servlet/CERuserservlet/

it just hangs.

I can login to the System administration portion, the Network Administrator portion, and ERL portion. Just not the ER USer portion.

just try this instead:

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/ceruser

Thst is all you should need.

That didn't work...it just returned the "Page cannot be found" error.

I fixed the problem. It seems that some stage of the servlet was hung at the server level so I did a graceful shutdown of the server, brought it back up, tested the login and it worked.
