After a programmed reboot we are getting a pop up "message from webpage" that states "you do not have access to this tool set"
and we can not log in to the system. Any thoughts?
No I can't secure telnet to the RTC (get the login prompt but the usernames and passwords don't work), I can telnet to the controller's SX2000 interface and log in (with the System username and the default password). Tech support is thinking the usernames/password will need to be reset and we have one of our guys on his way there to connect to the serial port and to the internet so Mitel can try and reset the password. Will let you know what happens.
We tried this on a release 5 system and the command "RESET_ALL_LOGIN_PASSWORDS" (without the ") was not a valid command. (don't recall exactly what it responded with)
Since it was a demo system I tried the pre 5.0 commands and it responded correctly but it didn't do anything system came up with the password we had set.
Any ideas? would love to have those commands
On the other system mitel did something that put back the system/password user with root access. All other users the profiles were blank and the options unchecked. Once I checked and assigned a profile things were working again? They have no idea what caused it.
