unable to install modem in NT server

Unable to install and configure modem in win NT server.
The modem is not getting detected at all.
Please help.

In Windows NT, the modem MUST be on com 2, IRQ 3, before the driver will detect it. Don't ask me why, ask Microsoft. Cheers,
