I have a CS1000M running 4.0 and there is currently an issue with two fax machines that are unable to fax to a long distance number, other fax machines can fax to it just fine and the NCOS,TGAR and other programming are the same on all fax machines. It could be an issue with a PRI to PRI setup. We send out on a PRI and the other end also has a PRI, it connects but will the transmission will not occur. Anybody have any idea's, thoughts, or suggestions?
