Unable to export report to PDF

Dear Expert,

I need advise why I am unable to show report, the PC seems like hanging when export report to PDF by clicking on the Export toolbar from CrystalReportViewer .. is it bug? ..

I tried to export to another file type and it works properly, the problem only occurs for export to PDF only

any way I am using CrystalReport which bundled with VS2005..

Any prompt reply would be appreciated ..

Hi, I thought it is not necessary to add some codes, what I did is only click on the CrystalReportViewer's toolbar and select the file format to PDF.. I already run this step for exporting to .RTF, XLS, Doc formats and it works properly, .. any way I am on ASP.NET/VB..

please help!

I was just being sure. Is it a large report? If so maybe it is just taking some time to load in Adobe.

no it's not a large report, it is a very simple report, it only contain less than 10 records

Is it bugs of CR?

I can't say it's a bug, it worked fine for me. Try creating a new page and try again.

Hi .. I am just realized that I also unable to print it out to printer, After I clicked "Print" button from CR Viewer toolbar .. I can see the Print Options but the next dialog was blank..

Now, I am sure that I already missed something..

Could any body please help! ..
