Unable to erase Announcements on board TN750C

We have a TN750C that has gone wild. Anyway, I am unable to execute the erase announcement command. Every time I try it, I get the "Announcement data is being saved, loaded, or audited; please try later" message. And when I try to delete any messages associated with this board, I can't do it either. I tried removing the card and then deleting the announcements, but I get the "object in use; please try later". I am not sure what else to do.

you sure you want to deleted everything? if so, "busy board x", then "erase ann x".

I tried the command, but I get the same message - "Announcement data is being saved, loaded, or audited; please try later" Also, why can't I delete an announcement from the announcement list? I made sure the announcement is not being use by a vdn. I did the list usage command, and all I get for it is the announcement.

are you saying it wont let you busy the board? or it does let you busy the board but then still wont let you erase it?

Yes, to the second part. I busy out the port, and it passed. But when I try to do the erase command, I get the message.

once you busy the board, try a "reset board XXXX" then release and try to remove announcement.
