I am unable to display skillset in the window on the Reporting for Call Center on the Call Pilot 150. I have installed the reporting server and the client software on the same pc...operating system is windows XP.
like lugerlover said ...all the releases matter ...
they are all dependant on the version of the CP - use hte software that came with the CP(just because a newer version of RCC is out, dont use that one)
Ok...i check the Nortel website an it seems that cc 31.10.14.22 has issues wit reports and realtime display. They are suggesting to upgrade to cc 31.10.21.22
