A user complained that he can't delete a spam email in his inbox. I thought he has a corrupted profile and asked him to log on to another computer and try to delete it. He can't. I log on to his email box and try to delete it and it gives me the same error that the message is not there. I've seen this before in Exchange 5.5 and was able to delete it. I can't with Exchange 2000. Advice?
