Unable to delete files

Hi to all,

I am not able to delete some of the files in the Server. This files are some just unimportant documents.

When I try to delete it, I says that access is denied and the the source file may be in use.

I have check the permission and also very sure that this file is not in use.

How can I force a delete on these files??
