unable to delete field - relationship 1

I am trying to delete a field in one of my tables. I am getting an error that I can't delete because it is part of a relationship - I have deleted all relationships in the backend and front end yet I am still getting this message.

Copy the table using "structure only" and rename it, then edit out the column in design view and do an insert query from the old table (minus the missing field). Delete the old table, then rename the new. Oughta work...

Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog it's too dark to read.
