Unable to connect to web interface

Unable to browse management interface of NBX100.

Any thing change in the environment?

Connect via a console cable (9600,8,N,1) and press control+r to reboot the NBX

Only thing change was modification to the dialplan

Reboot it via the console, and make sure that you are running the latest version of the code.
